Where I Sew – Peter Lappin of Male Pattern Boldness

Peter began sewing in June 2009. He now sews just about everything he wears — along with a (rapidly growing) wardrobe for his identical cousin Cathy. Peter likes vintage patterns and sews on vintage mechanical sewing machines. He enjoys buying the cheapest fabric he can find!

I LOVE the name of your blog. That alone is enough to make me want to follow you, in a non-stalkerish way. :) Welome to PInk Chalk!

Now here’s a sewing space with which I can identify! I mean, there’s a crock pot on the table–yay for real life and small rooms. ;-)

Very nice, to be introduced to this blog and personality!
Nope, his sewing room is definitely not what mine looks like, but I do love how little distraction there is!

This is a realistic looking sewing space – looks like someone works there. I like all those older Singers.

Peter, you are my kind of guy! Sewing on vintage machines and finding the best priced (cheapest) fabric worth utilizing! Cathy is quite adorable in your creation!

I love that old Singer! My mom had one that looked very similar and I’d love to see if it still works but alas, I have no idea if she kept it or not.
