Carrie selected Mo Bedell’s Party Dress Diamond Garden Shindig and Mo Bedell’s Party Dress Grandma’s Pearls Blue. She plans to use the Grandma’s Pearls Blue for a contrasting ruffle.

    looking forward to see how the ironing board cover goes! My ironing board cover is in very bad shape & I’d love to replace it- but want to see how this goes first. :-)

    I like that Metro Dot Black fabric but might find it a little distracting as an ironing board cover….

    I have been thinking lately that my ironing board cover was in desperate need of a makeover – I guess I need to pick out my fabric – always so hard to decide!!

    Oh, I want to see how the ironing board cover comes out. My son is using such a board at college (yes, he really does iron!) and being a garage sale find, it could use an enticing cover!

    I sewed a new ironing board cover in January. It brightens up the sewing room so much, that I think it should be my first project every January.

    I love the contemporary look of the fabric and you won’t ever have to dig for the ironing board because it can’t be lost with that cover.
