Hi Kathy ~ I was hoping to see pictures of your sewing studio. Are there any on your blog? Your email this week mentioned Martha Stewart storage solutions (I didn’t know she sold them at HD!) and was hoping to see them in action. My current sewing goal is to sort and (better) organize my stash and convert my office/guest room to an office/sewing room. I might just have to make a trip to check out Martha’s goods myself. Have a great week.

I’m so glad more solids are being made available. What with all the wonderful prints, dots and stripes you need the solids to anchor them. Hopefully I’ll be the lucky winner.

I adore these pockets! So easy and simple. It adds such a fun little piece of fun around the house. It’s would be even more fun quilting these pockets using the Kona solids that were in the newsletter.

I’m in love with the train fabric, but all my Gkids are too old for it. Maybe I’m just old enough…grin.

I’m glad to see you are carrying so many solid fabrics. I hate it when a store only has a couple and they are usually neutrals.

I like that mailbag pocket, but I know my girls could use one of those bed pockets at their bedside. I am always finding things in their beds that they could have stashed in a pocket like that. Hmmmm…

This is such an awesome and ambitious idea!! I just sat down last night to flip through my copy and flagged a bunch of pages. I can’t commit to all 101 projects but I certainly will hop in when I can!

    Hi Kathy,

I just read the newsletter… I love that you are carrying all those solids. I have read posts comparing the Kona & Bella solids but haven’t read so much on how the others compare such as the Amy Butler ones or Freespirit – I’d love to read your take as far as weight/color selection/matching?!

    Thanks.

This would be perfect for my daughter who stashes her books under her pillow (which can’t be comfortable) and then looses them in between the mattress and bed frame!
